Argentinian-Style Chimichurri Sauce

which is great for chimichurri sauce


1 bunch flatleaf parsley

1 bunch cilantro

15 small to medium sized cannabis leaves

4 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp kosher salt

4 garlic cloves minced

1/2 chopped red onion

5 sprigs fresh oregano

1 tsp chile pepper flackes

2 tbsp infused olive oil

190ml olive oil

Gather the ingredients.

In a food processor, pulse the garlic and chopped red onion just until they are finely chopped.

Add the parsley, oregano, and cilantro, as desired, and pulse briefly, just until the herbs are finely chopped.

Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl.

Add the lime juice, red wine vinegar, and olive oil and stir.

Season with salt and red pepper flakes to taste. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

best served with a nice steak enjoy
